15th October is a date to note down in your calenders because we will be holding our annual Lufbru Raya celebration and this year it will be in conjunction with our Annual General Meeting. The AGM is just a brief discussion about the committee's position and a summary of our upcoming events. Once that is done, the celebrations can begin.
Things we have lined up for the day? Meet and greet amongst the members, lucky draws, food and of course karaoke. Attendees are encouraged to steal the spotlight on the day.
Everyone is welcomed.
It's also a potluck so if you can, do bring a dish to share on the event. Committee also will prepared some refreshment.
The itinerary for the day is as follows,
12:00 - 13:00 > Arrival of attendees
13:15 - 14:00 > AGM
14:00 onwards > Raya Celebration
17:00 > Celebration Ends

Dress code - Baju kurung, cara melayu are welcomed but not obliged. Attendees may wear casuals to the event as well.

We know Raya has passed, but do think of one of the motives behind Raya, a time of forgiveness and when families gather together, especially those you haven't seen in a while. So it's time for Lufbru to have our own gathering and start the year anew as a family.
